I bring over five years of teaching experience and more than three decades of professional expertise to every lesson:
- Certified in Teaching English as a Foreign Language – Level 5 TQUK accredited TEFL Certification (United Kingdom), regulated by Ofqual; 150 hours coursework plus 20 hour practicum, International TEFL Academy (January 2026)
- Over 5 years teaching experience – Both in-person and online instruction in the US; online experience in El Salvador
- Native English speaker from the United States
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the U.S. – Civil/Environmental Engineering
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) – 32 years of professional experience
- Bachelors & Masters degrees in Environmental Engineering in the United States
- Patient and supportive teaching style – I work with adult students at all levels, from complete beginners to advanced learners
What Makes Me Different
I understand both American professional culture and the Salvadoran context. My wife is Salvadoran and we moved to El Salvador in 2025. This unique perspective allows me to help you not just learn English, but understand how to communicate effectively in English in real-world and business situations. Lesson Format
Online Lessons: I use Google Meet for lessons that are convenient and flexible – study from anywhere.
